We pack each product with care, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Here is our clear and simple return and refund policy.

❌ Returns:

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products (like cotton wicks, powders, and sambirani), we do not accept returns once a product is delivered.

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps to report an issue:

1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Email us the pictures with your order ID.

3. Our team will verify and respond within 1-2 working days.

💵 Refunds:

If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the issue is not reported within the mentioned timeline or if the product is used/opened.
